Phone system questions

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes. Number porting is part of every setup. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days, and we set up temporary forwarding so you don't miss calls while it happens.

How long does it take to switch?

A typical setup takes 2 to 4 weeks from planning to go-live. Smaller offices with under ten users can often switch in less than two weeks.

Do we need new desk phones?

Not necessarily. Many teams use the mobile app instead of desk phones. If you want handsets, we supply and set up Grandstream phones, and some existing SIP phones can be reused.

What happens if the internet or power goes out?

Calls automatically route to mobiles, another location or voicemail, and staff can keep calling from the app over cellular. We also install battery backup for the phone equipment.

Do you install business phones in Kelowna?

Yes. We set up phone systems for businesses in Kelowna, Penticton, Oliver, Osoyoos and across BC and Alberta.
